Get A PEMF Mat for Superior Pain Relief

Did you know that a PEMF mat is ideal for those who suffer from chronic pain?
Millions of Americans suffer from chronic pain each year, but most of those individuals are suffering from back pain.
Their back pain ranges from low back pain to cervical pain in the neck.
As a chiropractor, you probably see hundreds of patients each year that present with migraines, cluster headaches, and most of all tension headaches from stress.
Many would say that tension headaches aren’t that serious, but they can be when the source of the tension isn’t being addressed.
This is where chronic pain becomes easy to source.
Stress at work, and in the home can lead to chronic pain and headaches. When the body is tense and under stress, muscles can begin to spasm too.
There are numerous chronic pain conditions that you as a chiropractor address on a regular basis.
What if you could give your patient a way to begin to manage their stress and their pain in the comfort of their own home?
Their chiropractic visits would be smoother, and you will gain a deeper understanding of how your patient can benefit from PEMF therapy.
There isn’t a magic pill for pain relief, and long-term, prescription pain medications aren’t good for the mind and body.
Today, this article is going to share with you some of the latest statistics on pain, pain management and the process patient’s go through.
You’ll also learn what studies show regarding the use of PEMF therapy and the outcomes for patients suffering from various types of back pain and chronic pain in general.
Chiropractors Offer Pain Relief with a PEMF Therapy Mat
Cris Angel, DA, EAMP, and HDD, is the director of the Angel Medical Group.
Cris researched with physicians at John Hopkins, and today he works with the team at Lynnwood Family Chiropractic and Massage in Lynnwood, Washington.
Cris reviewed several PEMF devices and found them to be not only effective, but they are truly affordable.
These devices can be used both in your practice and they can be used in the patient’s home as well.
If you clicked above on “Lynnwood Family Chiropractic”, then you had a chance to read what Cris had to say about the PEMF mat, as well as the results patients there are reporting.
This advanced technology is nothing short of amazing, but the fact that it is showing such great promise for patients there sheds light on what it can do for those suffering from chronic pain.
A chiropractor sees more cases of neck and back pain than most other types of chronic pain, but it’s no surprise that many patients may have been given the diagnosis of “fibromyalgia”.
There are more than 5 million Americans with the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, and that number is increasing. When doctors struggle to find a root cause for widespread pain, they slap it with the label of fibromyalgia.
This isn’t to say that they don’t have it, but oftentimes finding the source of the pain can be tricky, and helping a patient get relief in conventional medicine means issuing a diagnosis.
There is certainly a place for modern medicine, and there is no argument that in many cases strong pain medication may be needed, but long-term it isn’t the solution to the real problem.
Cris shared with us that generally, the following types of pain may be presented in the chiropractor’s office.
- Neck pain
- Pain in the head
- Pain at the base of the skull
- Pain that runs from the neck down into the shoulders
- Shoulder blade pain or knots
- Pain in the middle of the back, or that feeling that there is a “catch”
- Low back pain
- Hip pain
- Pain around the tailbone
- Pain radiating down the legs
There are numerous ways that back problems can affect your patient, and you already know that every patient is different.
While there are cases that appear to be similar, some individuals may experience referred pain, meaning that where they feel that pain is NOT where it started.
Hips out of alignment can often cause back pain and leg pain, but all too often when a patient goes to the doctor for back pain, the only place the doctor examines is the back.
All of these areas of pain can cause stress, leading to chronic pain, headaches, and above all lead to discouragement for the patient when they feel there is no end in sight.
Patients may visit their general practitioner, but because they can no longer address pain, they send the patient to a pain management doctor.
The pain management doctor will order an x-ray if needed, and most likely and MRI.
Once this is done, an assessment is made, and a treatment plan is drawn up between the doctor and the patient.
Here is an interesting infographic we found on pain, published by Aging Research, www.agingresearch.org. (If you click on the link you can see the infographic as we couldn’t upload it).
The statistics published here were related to over-the-counter medications for adults, and one of the most interesting facts is that the older adults were those who were more inclined to use over-the-counter drugs for pain rather than prescription medications.
This isn’t all that surprising considering that those who are age 60 and older tend to be more conservative in their approach to treating pain.
However, those age 60 and older tend to experience pain daily, whereas the younger patients do not.
Brands rated the best were listed in this order, starting with 1 for the highest usage.
- Tylenol
- Advil, Motrin, Ibuprofen
- Bayer aspirin
- Aleve
- Excedrin
Sadly, there have been more deaths related to the use of Tylenol than narcotics in the last two years, due to the build up of toxins in the liver.
Instead of looking for an “end in sight”, what if you were able to give them a solution?
How PEMF Mats Aids in Relieving Pain
There are numerous benefits that you can get from using a PEMF mat, but for the sake of chiropractic medicine, we are discussing chronic pain.
How does this mat help to relieve chronic pain?
PEMF’s, or pulsed electromagnetic fields, help to reduce the pain by altering the pain receptors in the brain.
Studies were done on the effect that these electromagnetic fields have on pain, and the results produced the equivalent to 10mg of morphine.
Keep in mind that while this was shown to be true, these studies focused on pain, and weren’t designed to address the additional healing effects that PEMF therapy had on the body as a whole.
Dr. Pawluk, a medical doctor of 40 years, and a foremost researcher on PEMF therapy said that medicine fails by not getting to the root cause.
Pain medications just cover it up, or change the way the body perceives pain.
Every type of chronic pain may have a unique pattern, but what we do know is that the patient needs therapy to address the pain as well as the underlying cause.
A PEMF mat does this as it promotes healing down to a cellular level.
Tissues, nerves and surrounding joints also experience healing in miraculous ways as the cells, tissues, and nerves get direct stimulation.
This isn’t to say that this mat will cure you because mechanical issues in the back, hip and leg cannot be corrected with electromagnetic frequencies.
We do know that inflammation surrounding the problem area can be reduced, therefore reducing the pain.
The central nervous system is where this all takes place, and helping the CNS get welcome relief on a daily basis will aid in the healing of any swelling and inflammation.
Tendonitis, arthritis, muscle spasms, bone spurs and other painful conditions that are chronic are always related to musculoskeletal disorders.
Swelling should be reduced, otherwise, it can delay the healing process.
Do you know of 5 patients right now that could benefit from PEMF therapy?
Have you used the Magnawave but you have realized that your patients are unable to afford this type of machine?
PEMF Supply has now made therapy affordable for everyone, and chiropractors are seeing dramatic results with their patients that suffer from chronic pain.

Hello, Is there a way to get financial assistance for the device….thru our insurance company for instance? Can a doctor write a prescription that insurance may help with the financial cost of?
Hi Heather,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as we have had some technical issues on our end. There is not so far as we know. There is mention of the fact that when a doctor prescribes PEMF therapy for specific conditions that the FDA has approved it for, that a prescription can be written. However, you would have to talk with your insurance provider. PEMF Supply does offer payment plans. You can read over the information when you go this link https://www.pemfsupply.com/collections/store/products/omi-pemf-therapy-mat. If you add the mat to the cart, you’ll be prompted to choose how you wish to pay, and you’ll get to the point where you can opt for the application for the payment plan. There is also a rental option to try it out, and they do offer a discounted mat that has been used on the showroom floor. You can call direct if you have questions about those on Monday at 1-844-855-7363. Thank you for your comment, and please let us know if we can answer any more questions for you.
